Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds within 2 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with RAVK. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at support@ravk.io within 2 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@ravk.io with your purchase confirmation and reason for the refund request. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for subscriptions that have been active for more than 2 days, or for any services that have been used extensively.
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
